Of course, there's something I didn't consider.....by going with the 6, the implied "g", they are then clearly JAMMING, and since that's a muscle car, they're probably jamming to Journey. Or maybe Warrant or Poison.
He (or possibly she) may be making some sort of appeal: ‘Jam in six’ – though without saying what item he/she wants six of to be jammed in, or indeed where. Another of life’s great mysteries.
Simon, obviously it's someone with a strong sense of realism and mediocrity.
Natalie, I believe this is where our Australian cousins (but not necessarily me...probably Nautilus, he'd say something like this) would say, "That doesn't narrow it down, Nat."
No Pontiac = no Pontiac GXP (aka Holden SS-V Commodore) = no actual muscle cars on US roads any more. Corvettes are upturned fibreglass dinghys with V8s bolted therein.
I can't see why they didn't scrap Buick. Make Pontiac the muscle car division. Make Chevy the family car/truck division, which Buick fit into (family cars anyway), Cadillac is luxury only (and scrap their SUV's/pickups, they were gay), Saturn and Opal (which is Europe only) can continue making economy cars.

ReplyDeleteEvery comment I try to make sounds even lamer than this license plate.
ReplyDelete*hanging head in shame*
I think clearly this person is doing some jamming, but it's not music that is being jammed.
ReplyDeleteLuna, I think this plate almost screams for lame comments.
ReplyDeleteHowever, it's going to be awful damn hard (no pun intended) to beat Ian's comment.
Is this another famed blackberry photo?
ReplyDeleteYes it is. Pretty sweet, if you ask me. I'm thinking of submitting this to a photo competition.
ReplyDeleteyoure getting pretty good at the blackberry photo thing..
ReplyDeletenow figure out messenger!!!
My camera phone isn't that good. It's a shame, really, because the plates in Detroit are hilarious.
ReplyDeleteI'm guessing, in Detroit, GANGSTA1 through GANGSTA9 are already taken, as are anything to do with Eminem?

ReplyDeleteI saw a plate the other day that said 'ISMAN'....figured it was a Kiwi with a fondness for butts!

By the way, don't anybody get used to the sight of cars like this....GM is folding Pontiac.
ReplyDeleteIn my opinion they should've folded Buick, nobody under 60 drives those cars, except Tiger Woods, and he's paid to.
That doesn't narrow it down, Nat.
ReplyDeleteDoesn't work for me as my inner Bob is Sideshow Bob and he is just telling me to kill all kids with spikey hair.
Did I call it, or did I call it?
ReplyDeleteNaut, do you have the gigantic feet too?
Jammin6 into acid washed jeans?
ReplyDeleteWell Steve, you know what they say, big feet, big ..........
ReplyDeleteKona, Jamin6 into a bottle of styling gel?
ReplyDeleteNaut, big murder plots?
Shoes?

ReplyDeleteI guess Saturn is on the chopping block too. They are seriously considering getting rid of the brand.
